Room 10 is located on the third level and has a queen bed. Our guests can enjoy the sea breeze while taking in the sweeping views of Front Beach. This room is suitable for two guests.

Historic elements that will remain in place for each room: Our goal when updating the space was to create the perfect blend of old and new. We restored most of the flooring in the rooms and common areas and also refinished almost all of the woodwork pieces throughout. We delicately blended in new furniture, décor and paint throughout, giving the space a charming, yet modern refresh. - Corner room - Individual heating/cooling unit - Smart TV - Wi-Fi - Mini Fridge - Private bathroom - Guests are required to climb two flights of stairs to reach the third floor and there are no elevators - Two beach chairs - Keurig coffee maker - Toiletries: Soap, shampoo, makeup wipes.
