This apartment is in a separate building from the Main Inn on King St. Access to the ground level apartment is stairs only  Featuring a king bedroom with a large jet tub and shower,  full galley kitchen and a spacious open living room with a queen sofa bed and half bath. This room is suitable for four guests and has views of the garden, and a large private patio with plenty of seating. Ideal for families or friends looking for a place to unwind. 

Our King rooms are located in the Main Inn Building and feature a plush king bed for 2 guests, seating area and a walk in shower. Rooms are located on our second and third floors.  Enjoy a cup of coffee in your room before heading out to enjoy Rockport. 

Located on the first floor, this ADA-accessible room welcomes up to two guests and offers a king bed, seating area, roll in shower, and can be adjoined to Room 102. Wake up to views of the meadow while enjoying your in-room coffee.

Perfect space for 2 guests, these rooms have a king bed, seating, walk in shower and ocean views. Rooms are located on the second and third floors. 

Our deluxe second floor king room boasts a larger floor plan along with a convertible sofa, dining table and chairs, extra seating and a large walk in shower. This corner room has direct access to the shared deck and has room for 3 guests. 

Spending your stay adventuring in Rockport? Our Double Queen guest rooms have two plush queen beds, a seating area, and a bath/shower combo. These rooms can accommodate up to 4 guests, and are located on floors 2 and 3. Please call the hotel directly to learn more about occupancy restrictions. 

Located on the first floor, this ADA-accessible room offers two queen beds, loveseat, roll-in shower, and can be adjoined to Room 101. Up to 4 guests can enjoy a restful night before taking on the day filled with fun Rockport activities.  

Located in the Main Inn Building, our Oceanview Double Queen with Private Deck is a spacious corner room featuring two queen beds, seating area, and a bath/shower combo. The large private deck overlooks the meadow and ocean, making it a perfect room for family or friends to enjoy. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Morning coffee on the deck, check!

Our most spacious room at The Cove at Rockport, The Two-Bedroom Loft Apartment is in a separate building from the Main Inn on King St. This apartment is street level and has direct access to the front door. The Master bedroom has a king bed, convertible sofa, closet, and a full en-suite bathroom. In the living room there is a convertible sofa, large closet, full bathroom and a dining table and chairs. 

A spiral staircase leads up to two queen beds in the open loft, and the full galley kitchen makes Saturday morning breakfast easy for the family. The suite is suitable for up to 8 guests. 

Featuring a king bed, seating area, walk-in shower and a private deck overlooking the ocean and Millbrook Meadows, these rooms are perfect for 2 guests looking to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Retreat to your outdoor space with a coffee or cocktail, and take in your ocean views from rooms on the second, third and forth floors.

Located on the Main Deck*, this corner room flaunts a large main bedroom with a king bed, dining table and chairs, bath/shower combo then a second bedroom with two double beds. Beautiful views of the beach and park next door, it sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably. A long standing guest favorite!

*During the summer, On the Rocks Outdoor Lounge is also located on the Main Deck and open at select times.
